THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW WHEN WORKING WITH ME

GENERAL

My aim is to make sure clients get the best possible results from my services. As you will see many clients give me great feedback on the results they experience and the service I provide.
In order to make this happen for you, we need a good working partnership between us.

It is important to understand that to make Hypnotherapy, NLP and other treatments work there must be a commitment from both the client and the therapist.

Change-work takes place during the consultation sessions and through the homework given to the client between sessions.

As the client, when you agree to undertake a course of sessions you also agree to engage with the process, complete any homework that you are given, listen to any audios provided at appropriate times and provide feedback as requested.


It is with commitment and partnership that you will see the best results.

I reserve the right to work with only clients who I feel will be a good fit for the way I work. If I don't think I can help you then I will not take you on as a client.

It is your responsibility to declare any mental health diagnoses or information that may be relevant, including psychiatric medications and/or substance use before treatment commences. (Whilst hypnotherapy is perfectly safe for the majority of the population, some pre-existing conditions like psychoses are contra-indicated).

FEES

The fee for your session or program of sessions will be agreed by us both in advance of the sessions commencing. Fees are to be paid in full before treatment commences.
Each session can take between an hour to an hour and a half. If this is to vary you will be informed in advance.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

I do ask all clients to give at least 48 hours notice if you wish to reschedule a session. We may charge a rescheduling fee of £30 if you need to change your appointment when less than 48 hours notice is given.
If you wish to cancel a program we require 48 hours notice before first session commences.

All cancellations made less than 48 hours before appointment will be charged in full.

Arriving Late For An Appointment.

If you arrive late for your appointment we will do our best to continue that session. This is not always possible as we usually have other clients booked in for ongoing sessions. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are going to be late.
A fee may be charged if you are too late for me to continue your appointment and it has to be rebooked.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All sessions and information are kept confidential. We will not release any personal information to anyone without written authorisation from you, except as required by law. Please see the Privacy Policy page for more information on how we treat your data.
